Explore the Master-Plan concept for the Reese Center and see how the park will evolve in the coming years...

Reese Technology Center is well on the way to fulfilling the ambitious goals originally set for it.

With the assistance of Parkhill, Smith & Cooper and Carter-Burgess, the Reese Technology Center has developed a new long-range master plan. This is a ten to fifteen year project that will strategically direct the redevelopment of the campus and its facilities for future growth.

Major projects currently taking place are a $6.8 million power grid upgrade and replacement in conjunction with South Plains Electric Cooperative. Reese was also awarded an EDA grant to develop a $1.7 million fiber optic network. This network provides OC-192, with 144 strands of high-speed fiber optic network and a wireless network providing service with a 30-mile radius of Reese.

Reese Technology Center is also exploring future redevelopment for retail, commercial, restaurants, laboratories and Class A office space.
