Supachill is an Australian based company that opened their first site in the States at the Reese Technology Center. Supachill specializes in refrigeration, freezing, and cryogenics for food products. The food can be quickly frozen and not lose the molecular make-up of the food upon thawing. Supachill will work closely with Texas Tech for research and development.
