The following criteria shall be utilized for review and selection of commercial tenants for the Reese Technology Center:

• Proposed tenant must have strong elements of research and development, inventive technology transfer or development of intellectual property as a product idea or a major part of their program or service.
• Must demonstrate sound management program and marketing plan.
• Must create new jobs (not just relocate existing jobs) and have potential for economic impact for this region.
• Must have approved business plan and realistic financial / proforma data.
• The firm or company must demonstrate capacity and plans for sustainable growth.
• Must have a product or service, which is less than 18-24 months from market.
• Must have global application possibilities.
• Must demonstrate desire to network and promote Reese Technology Center.
• Ideally should relate and be able to partner with University research or technology related industry.
